형지앙(토우 지방, Tang Chi-ngong, 1872년- 1939년)은, 광둥성 남해를 조적으로 하는 홍콩의 명사.실업가형조견의 부친으로, 데이비드・탄의 증조부에 해당하는 인물.장사에 의해서 재를 이루어, 형가마쿠라중기의 연호은호를 창설했다.

1905년에 홍콩3 큰 병원의 하나인 아즈마하나 의원의 이사장으로 취임, 자선가로서 홍콩 정청으로부터 태평 신사에게 서 다투어지고 있다.^[1]
