외측 후두도랑(개칙 고답 이렇게, 영: Lateral occipital sulcus)은, 후두잎을 전후에 달리는 뇌구의 하나이다.외측 후두도랑은 후두잎의 외측면을 우에고두회와 하 후두회로로 나누고 있다.이러한 뇌회는 전방에서 각각 두정엽과 측두엽에 접하고 있다.
