우골(루 있어 뼈.영명:lacrimal bone라명:os lacrimale)이란, 두개골을 구성하는 피골성 유래의 뼈이다.

사람의 우골은 부정 장방형의 얇은 뼈[¹]으로, 좌우 한 벌 있어, 안와의 측벽의 앞단부로 누이와의 후반부를 구성해 있는[¹].계속 되어 코누관의 골벽의 일부도 형성하고 있는[¹].
