2,4-지아미노펜탄산데히드로게나제(2,4-diaminopentanoate dehydrogenase)는, 리신 분해, 아르기닌프로 인 대사 효소의 하나로, 다음 화학반응촉매 하는 산화 환원 효소이다.

2,4-지아미노펜탄산+ H2O + NAD(P)+ 2-아미노-4-옥소 펜 탄산+ NH3 + NAD(P) H + H+

반응식대로, 이 효소의 기질은2,4-지아미노펜탄산H2ONAD+ (NADP+), 생성물은2-아미노-4-옥소 펜 탄산NH3와 NADH (NADPH)와 H+이다.

조직명은 2,4-diaminopentanoate:NAD(P)+ oxidoreductase (deaminating)로, 별명에 2,4-diaminopentanoic acid C4 dehydrogenase가 있다.
