대퇴 동맥

대퇴 동맥(대략 동맥: Femoral artery)는의 서혜부에서 무릎 위까지를 주행하는 혈관 부위의 명칭.

허벅지 전체를 지배한다. 무릎 窩動 맥도 포함하면 다리 전체를 지배한다.

임상 적 의의

체표에있는 동맥은에 이어 2 번째로 굵은 것에서 다음과 같은 경우에 중요하다.

이지를 만질 수 없지만 대퇴 동맥에 닿는 경우는 대략 60 ~ 80mmHg 인 것이 경험적으로 알려져있다. 에서 천자 부위의 하나이다. 일로에 있어서는,에서 천자는 뇌 혈관에 도달 할 수 없기 때문에 서혜부의 대퇴 동맥이 선정된다.
